You can use video or graphics as your background. After importing what you want, just click and drag the file you want. Wait briefly and a submenu will appear. Drag to Set Background and unclick.

There is your background! Make sure your tab is set to Menu and you are looking at your correct menu file to ensure you are looking at the correct screen.
