In Photoshop go to the Clone Stamp icon and select it. |
Make sure it is the Clone Stamp Tool and not the Pattern Stamp Tool. |

I let go of the Option key and just start to click around until I have an eye on my forehead. By selection the Option key you can choose any area you wish to copy. By selecting the Brush size you can adjust how big the clone brush will be. |
